Piemonte Cortese

It is one of the most important dry wines of Piedmont.

Its grapes are traditionally grown on our hills and the resulting wine is straw yellow coloured with intense greenish reflections; its scent is distinctive and persistent while the taste is dry, fresh, light and pleasantly acidic.

It should be drunk young with light appetizers and fish, served at 10°.
