Langhe Rosso Possetto
We gave this wine the ancient name of the family farm and is made from the blend of Nebbiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
It can be drunk when still young, but acquires new properties when aged for at least one year and is also suitable for prolonged ageing.
Its consistency recalls that of the Nebbiolo, ruby red coloured tending to garnet with ageing; it has a fresh and dry taste and well matches cheese, salami and meats in general, 18°. |
