Langhe Nebbiolo
Its name reminds of the mists ("nebbie" in Italian) of the hills of Alba that usually accompanies the harvest period.
The vine of origin is the Barolo, but grown in different areas.
Its traditional ageing period ranges from 12 to 18 months, period during which it develops its best characteristics.
In its elegant and intense bouquet the wild berries stand out, it is ruby red with many shades. It perfectly matches important main courses, when served at 15°. |
