Dolcetto d'Alba

It is the red wine traditionally most commonly drunk in the Langhe, and made from grapes having a typical sweetness.

Its ruby red colour tends to purple, the nose is vinous and characteristic and its taste is harmonic, dry and pleasantly bitter.

It has a light body and matches well appetizers, salami, risotto, soups and veal.

Served at 15°.
